When I started my first business over ten years ago, I had no idea what to prioritize, how to organize my time or determine the overall direction for my business. I worked on tasks I ‘thought’ I should prioritize -like spending hours and hours researching which -very expensive- database to use for my ‘hundreds’ of clients that were magically going to appear.

 

I did not feel productive or organized.

 

I wanted to know that what I was working on was actually going to drive clients towards me, increase my revenues and actually create a business that was sustainable in the long run, but I had no idea what that was. 

 

All this from a woman who had built a highly successful career off of creating efficiencies, structures, business strategies and leading complex teams!

 

I didn’t know how to implement any of that into my own business, how to make it ‘work’ for me or how to continually hold myself accountable, especially when things got hard and there was very little revenue coming in the door.
